
Estonia (21st) is the most prosperous country in Eastern Europe, ranking in the top 25 for all but one pillar. It has seen particular improvement in its Living Conditions over the past decade, with 88% now able to live on their household income, up from just 59% in 2011.

Rwanda is 111th in the overall Prosperity Index rankings. Since 2011, Rwanda has remained at the same position.
Rwanda performs most strongly in Governance and Investment Environment but is weakest in Living Conditions. The biggest improvement compared to a decade ago came in Personal Freedom.
